Starting from the Buryfields Car Park on the Link Road in Great Missenden we will ride out via Princes Risborough to Hartwell Garden Centre for a café stop before returning to Great Missenden via Ellesborough and Chequers Hill. We will ride along country lanes and some short stretches of busier roads. There are some long gentle climbs and a couple of sharp ones too but don’t worry we will always wait so that no-one gets left behind. This is a 26+ mile ride and we will ride at about 10-12mph. We will aim to return by 1pm.

Remember to bring your helmet. Please also bring two spare inner tubes, a bike pump, bike lights, a padlock, a drink of water and some money/card for our coffee stop. We will meet in the car park on the left as you enter GM from the A 413. It may be busy because Amersham Cycle club ride from GM on a Sunday morning. There is plenty of free street parking if you can’t get into the car park.

It is always important to check that your bike is road worthy before each ride. Please check your brakes are working well, your gears are smooth and your tyres are in good condition and pumped up. British Cycling have put together a handy video for checking your bike before a ride - How to check your bike - British Cycling's M Check
