This is an after dark ride around the lit roads of Amersham. It will be a fast paced ride with lots of hills so you will need a reasonable level of fitness to enjoy the ride. Please remember your helmet - you won't be able to join my ride without one. Also bring lights (it is a legal requirement to have lights on your bike after dark) and a drink of water and wear some reflective clothing. We won't be very far from the start at any point so if we have any mechanical problems it will be easy to get back.
