We will exit the countrypark via the Nun's Bridge gate and ride towards Hunitngdon, crossing Mill Common to head towards the old bridge and Godmanchester. We will ride through Godmanchester to Silver Street. We will follow Silver Street out of Godmanchester and join the Pathfinder Way, the tarmac surface will end and we will riding on a grass trail. We will continue for a couple of miles until we turn right to head into Offord Cluny. Here we rejoin the road and head to Buckden over the level crossing. We will take Mill Road into Buckden, this is a relatively quiet B road. We will exit Buckden to join the shared path that runs alongside the A1 into Brampton. We will continue into Brampton, rejoining the road near the Dragoon. We will turn left up Brampton High Street, then at Grove Lane we will join NCN 51 and follow that back to the park re-entering at the Nun's Bridge gate.

A predominantly flat circular route combining trail, roads and shared paths. The ride will go through Godmanchester, Offord Cluny, Buckden and Brampton. The ride starts and ends at the cafe in Hinchingbrooke Country Park.

When on road sections, these will be B roads. The busiest sections will be in Godmanchester and in Offord Cluny.

It may not be possible to stop at a cafe for take away coffee/cake due to current limited opening hours and social distancing measures. However, there will be plenty of opportunities to stop for a breather, have a drink and take in the views.

Please wear a helmet and bring plenty of water. You should also bring a spare inner tube and tools to fix any punctures.

First-timers welcome!
