Starting from - We meet in the Cofferidge Close car park in Stony Stratford close to the entrance, I'll be wearing a red Breeze cycling jacket. There is free parking here, or in the long stay Hawkins Close car park on the London Road. There are also public loos on Silver Street very close to the meet point. MK11 1JS

We will be riding through mainly quiet country lanes, starting off in Stony Stratford and arriving at Whittlebury Park for refreshments at the Hamm Tunn Cafe. We will ride through Passenham, then take the cycle road bridge over the A422 and on into Deanshanger. We follow the quiet lanes to Wicken then on to Whittlebury. Our return will take us along a short downhill glide along the quiet A413 before heading off along the pretty country lanes through Lillingstone Lovell and Wicken back to Deanshanger where we retrace our route back to Stony Stratford.

This is a gentle paced ride suitable for regular road riders. We go at the pace of the group and no-one gets left behind.

Please wear a helmet and bring a spare inner tube in case of a puncture. Please make sure your bike is well maintained. It's a good idea to bring a water bottle with you.
