This East End Cycling Club ride is open for anyone to join

Led by experienced ride leaders, these rides are a great way to explore new places and to meet new people who enjoy cycling. They are suitable for all levels of experience, so whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, you can find a ride that is right for you.

Feeder for the 9.30am ride.

We will also be collecting participants near Stratford station on the CS2 at the junction of Great Eastern Rd and High St/Broadway/Romford Rd (meet outside the Magistrates Court) at approximately 8.50am. If you are intending to join near Stratford station, please message us in advance so Jasbir should not wait for you at the Gants Hill start.

This ride is mainly flat on roads including the CS2.

eBikes are welcome.

Children are welcome when accompanied by a responsible riding adult.

All participants are expected to bring:
• A bike in good working order with tyres pumped to the correct pressure.
• A cycle helmet
• Carry at least a spare inner tube, pump and tyre levers.
• A cycle lock for use at the refreshment stop on the later ride.
• Dress for the weather on the day.
• A drink.
• Lights if there is any chance of poor visibility.
