**** This Breeze bike ride is a beginners mountain bike ride, brought to you by a qualified Fundamentals of Mountain Bike Leader. To deliver rides as per the remit of the Fundamentals of MTB Award, I also hold a valid 2 day outdoor first aid certificate. ****

Come and burn off some festive calories at Coed y brenin . This blue graded single track fun ride is aimed at women who have ridden off road previously but maybe new to single track riding. With berms, climbs and rollers there is nothing too technical, we can ride at an easy pace and wont leave anyone behind. You do need a hardtail or full suspension bike for this and you maybe able to hire one from Beics Brenin .

Afterwards we will enjoy coffee, cake and a catch up in the cafe.
