Celebrate Flying Colours first guided ride & 100 women cycling nominations. So many things to celebrate and enjoy the freedom to meet safely.

Long journey to Hyde Park, please only book if you have been riding at least 10 miles in the last month as it's a very tiring ride and can catch you out.

The ride takes in the parks & quiet ways of Hackney, Islington and through Knightsbridge, onto Hyde Park. There will be a stop at halfway point to enjoy the Park scenery & coffee.

We will be observing social distancing and current guidelines. Please carry hand sanitiser for regular cleansing as water facilities may be limited. Toilets are open at some locations. You will be expected to bring your own mask or face covering, should they be required.

A hybrid/road bike is recommended. Check that your bike is fully functioning or have it serviced by a qualified mechanic. Tyres should be pumped up to the correct pressure levels to avoid delays. Bring a small pump, spare inner tube, levers, bike tool to release your tyre for possible puncture repair. Bike lock just incase we stop somewhere for a coffee and cake.

Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather including a Helmet. Hydrations drinks and snacks to replenish energy levels.
