Explore QEOP Park, and other local parks, observing social distancing and current guidelines.
We are likely to go on some roads with traffic, quiet roads were possible.

A hybrid/road bike is recommended. Check that your bike is fully functioning or have it serviced by a qualified mechanic. Tyres should be pumped up to the correct pressure levels to avoid delays. Bring a small pump, spare inner tube, levers, bike tool to release your tyre for possible puncture repair. Bike lock just incase we stop somewhere for a coffee and cake. Don't forget your face covering.

Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather including a Helmet. Hydrations drinks and snacks to replenish energy levels. Carry hand sanitiser for frequent cleaning as toilet facilities are limited.
