A lovely paced ride. Mostly traffic free. Picking up at two points, St Werburghs Tram stop and Sainsburys in Fallowfield. Flowing the Fallowfield Loop up to Debdale Park, a little stop at Debdale and to then turn back. When we reach Fallowfield again, we turn left and get onto the road to Withington (a short ride) and end our ride at BoHo Utopia Cafe, who are holding a Wellbeing evening from 6.30-8.30. There will be hot/cold drinks and Cake! on sale, with meditation, talks on wellbeing and more, just a nice addition to having a healthy ride. Please note there will be two meeting points, this is a linear ride, so the route does not return to where you will have started. You will need to consider this for you to confidently and safely be able to return home or back to where you may have parked.

The route will be mostly traffic free along the fallowfield loop, then a small section of road from Fallowfield to Withington which is mostly a cycle lane route separated from traffic.

We will have a first meeting point at St Werburghs Tram Stop ( down near the platform, by the cycle bays) We will then head along the Floop to Fallowfield where there will be a second meeting point at Sainsburys Fallowfield by the main entrance. We will then carry on the Floop to Debdale Park. A little water/snack break at Debdale and then head back to finish at Boho Utopia Cafe for a Wellbeing evening 6.30-8.30.

Equipment and things to bring. Helmet (a well fitting helmet), spare inner-tube and pump (for good practice), hybrid/road bike (please make sure your bike is in working order). Please bring water and maybe a snack, and cash/card if you want to grab cake and hot drink at the Cafe. Please be mindful of the weather and what clothes to wear or bring, like waterproofs. Also a MUST are lights as this is a late afternoon to evening event, even if you don't plan to stay until the end, light can dim quickly with change of weather.

We never leave anyone behind, the ride is at the pace of its slowest rider. This ride is a nice way to end the week and begin the weekend.
