Monday evening training sessions lasting roughly 1 hour. Different training sessions each session.
Roads and trails. Away from traffic as much as possible, so country lanes as much as possible.
1 hour duration so no stops other than to rest and regroup.
Helmets are mandatory for flab rides. Please bring a working bike , suitable clothing for the conditions of the day and a willingness to push your self beyond the comfort zone.
