This ride is all on quiet country roads.

No mid ride stops, but if we are back before last orders a post ride refreshment at Brewis Tap Room might be in order.

Helmets are mandatory on FLAB rides. Please bring a spare tube, puncture repair, pump and basic tools. Please also bring water and mid ride snacks,
