FLAB Social Rides - Coastal Path pedal to the Gingerbread Cafe

This route follows the coastal path south of Amble before turning back and stopping for refreshments.

Sunday pedal for coffee up the coastal path

This route is on a mixture of roads and gravel path.

We will be stopping at the Gingerbread Coffee Shop in Red Row after it's refurbishment. If it is still closed, then it will be brunch at the Drift Cafe.

Please wear a helmet, bring a puncture repair kit/spare inner tube and water.
