This is a social ride and so mixed ride for men and women. It is mainly on quiet back roads and cycle paths

We ride at the pace of the slowest rider and this will not be a fast ride, probably averaging about 10mph as we are here to have some fun, chat, meet other people and get our legs moving as we do it.

We never leave anyone behind.

This route starts on the cycle path as we head out from Cleator Moor then we are on back roads till we get to St Bees where we can have a stop. Then we go on the coastal road which has great views until we get to Beckermet where we turn and head back up to Cleator Moor.


So bring money, inner tubes, correct clothing and water.
