Flab Social Ride West Cumbria

Just a note to all the Breeze riders that this is a social ride not a Breeze ride and so is a mixed ride with men and women able to book.

We head off on the cycle path, pass through Egremont then head on down to St Bees, back down to Beckermet on the glorious coastal road and then come back up via the other side of Egremont.

This is a social ride for men and women, the ride is not insured and we come at our own risk. We must stay together as a group when riding but other than that it is a way to meet people and share something we all enjoy.

This is a nice route with great views there are a few hills but nothing major and we will always go at the pace of the slowest rider, this is a ride not a race. This is not a ride for those wanting to go fast and hard, this is at a nice pace of around 10mph for all abilities.

The ride is on mostly quiet back roads, with a part on the cycle path.

We can stop anywhere if anyone wants to, it's not a led ride so we can all decide on the ride what to do, stop for an ice cream etc.

Bring a helmet, some money in case we do stop, water, and a spare inner tube or two as you never know!
