FLAB Social Ride Lancaster Morecambe Intermediate/Challenging

Starting in Lancaster we head out to Garstang via Lancaster university, Galgate and Scorton with a coffee and cake stop at The Barn. Then it's onto Catterall before turning off towards Chipping and Dunsop Bridge and a refreshment stop at Puddleducks cafe.
Then it's onto The Cross Of Greet climb before descending down to Bentham before heading back to Lancaster via Hornby and Caton

Beautiful scenic route through the Forest of Bowland AONB

Mostly B roads and country lanes

Several stops for food coffee and photo opportunities

All riders must wear a helmet and have a basic toolkit for punctures etc. Money needed for coffee stops.
