FLAB Social Ride Lancaster Morecambe Intermediate

We head out of Lancaster towards Carnforth before heading to Silverdale and then Arnside.
After coffee, cake and photos we do a little loop around Milnthorpe and then up through Dallam country estate and then it's Beetham, Slackhead, Yealand Redmayne before arriving back in Carnforth, than its back to Lancaster.

Mostly quite roads and country lanes

Coffee stop in Arnside on the promenade and plenty of other places to stop and admire the view and take photos

All participants must wear a helmet, also please have a basic toolkit in case of punctures and money for coffee stop
