Flab Social Ride Derbyshire

Meeting at Strawbridge car park, which is free to park, at 9.15. Heading down the Nutbrook trail to Trent Lock and across by the river Trent to Beeston Marina. The route is all track so Mountain bike or Hybrid advisable. The track is mostly smooth but there are some rough stoney parts to it. The track could also be fairly busy with walkers, families or runners so do take care.
The pace is taken at the slowest of the group and we will always wait on hills, this one is flat though so a fairly easy route. The miles is 25 as we are going along the river and not through town.
The coffee shop at the Marina is great and Tony the owner a real character and is a time to catch up with coffee and cake.
Helmets must be worn and make sure your bike is fit and ready to go, bring any necessary equipment with you just is case of a puncture.
