Starting in Lancaster we head out to Kirby Lonsdale via Wray and Tunstall. Then it's Barbondale before heading down to Dent and a cafe stop at Dent visitor centre. From there we head across to Sedbergh and back to Kirby Lonsdale before heading back to Lancaster

Ride through the beautiful Barbondale and the area of Dent and Sedbergh

Mostly B roads and country lanes

Cafe stop in Dent.

All participants must wear a helmet and bring basic tools for puncture repair etc
