This FLAB North Lancashire Social Rides ride is open for anyone to join

Organized by groups in the community, these rides are a great way to meet new people, explore your local area and to have fun riding your bike. You can find rides that are suitable for your level of experience and interests whilst enjoying being part of a social cycling community.

Starting in Lancaster we head out to Kirby Lonsdale via Wray
From there it's into Yorkshire Dales National Park through Casterton to Barbon. Well also ride the length of the beautiful Barbondale valley
Cafe stop will be The Churchmouse in Barbon village.
From there it's back to Lancaster via Whittington and Halton

Mostly country lanes and B roads

Lots of photo stops and coffee, cake or lunch at the Churchmouse in Barbon village.

All riders must wear a helmet and bring basic tools to fix a puncture etc. Money will be needed for cafe stop and please bring a face covering in case it's needed.
