FLAB Social Lancaster/Morecambe Intermediate

Starting on Morecambe promenade we will head out to Arnside via Carnforth and Silverdale.
After coffee and cake it's a loop around Milnthorpe and into Dallam country estate
Then it's through lanes back to Silverdale before heading up Warton Crag, then over the Kellets to Halton before getting onto the cycle path back to Lancaster and then Morecambe

Mostly b roads and country lanes in the beautiful Lancashire countryside

Coffee/cake stop in Arnside

All riders must wear a helmet, have basic tools to repair punctures etc. Money for coffee stop
