Denby Dale, via TPT to Dunford, over to Lower Cumberworth and down into Denby Dale. Stop in the tea rooms if required. Back via Gunthwaite and Cat Hill. 22 miles, 1861 ft elevation. Two climbs worthy of note; the short S bend at Wood Royd Hill and Cat Hill.
