Fettling to Fredericks - Ladies only

A lovely ride through country lanes, quiet roads and canal path to our midpoint stop.

The terrain is varied and there are a couple of steady inclines at the latter end of the ride.

Snacks, ice-cream and drinks are in abundance at this cafe atop.

As always, bring bring along a helmet, lock, pump and spare inner tube along with change for the cafe.
