DH7 7RJ

We will start at Broompark picnic area and then head towards Lion Mouth farm and project using the disused railway lines. We will head up the hill towards Ushaw Moor College and then take the bridleway in Littletown Farm, to go down the hill and join the Lanchester disused railway.
We will come off road at Bearpark to pass a series of farms along a farm track to then join the railways lines at Baxter wood and farm. Then we will head to Aldin Grange have coffee and finish cycling back through My Way farm to Broompark Picnic area.

This is the first ride of many rides using bridleways, disused railways and other paths in County Durham. We will embrace the terrain and the wonderful outdoors.

Mainly bridleways and disused railways. Some roads but not often.

There will be a coffee stop at the end of the ride.

Helmets, waterproof, tool kit, snacks.

These trail rides are to encourage women to do more trail and mountainn cycling. We are starting with easy rides and later in the year we might try something a bit more challenging.
