We will head through Ouston and Lamesley and into Lady Park. On to Dunston to the Tyne for a look down the river before heading back along the Team cycle tracks and if we feel up to it (and roadworks allowing) a climb up to the angel before heading back to Ouston. A leisurely ride (including a climb if we go to the angel), no cafe stops so please bring a drink and snack. Mostly good cycle paths but some road riding also.
