Starting from the back of the train Stn we cross the Thames to then recross at "the clappers" on down to Kennet mouth then up the Kennet into Rdg past RBH to our first stop then out round whiteknights to our second stop avoiding most of the shinfield rd we make our way to the "Black Boy" then through the village over to Spencer's Wood for a sit down meal then on via grazeley Grn to Burghfield for another pub then another before the towpath back to Southcote and another backstreet boozer then cut through to Berkeley Ave to gain pell St round St Giles up SouthSt to another hidden gem then back across town to the Nags then train home.
