CCWL on Tour!

Well we've built up enough hill work to tackle one of my favourite routes! Yes, it's hilly. But the main hill is at the start of the ride, so we'll get that out of the way first :-)

Heading out towards Rhayader, we will take the left turning and climb the big hill before descending to Pont ar Elan, then turning left to follow the lakes back to the visitor centre.

This is challenging, exposed ride, but we will be rewarded with stunning views and flowing descents. We'll stop at regular intervals to admire the scenery.

2000ft climbing over 18 miles. Please only book on the ride if it's within your capability.

I always advise bright clothing and a front and rear light when cycling on the road

E bikes welcome, but you must stay with the group
