It's early, it's tough, it's hilly, and there's also downhills and a coffee/cake stop
It will be a mix of tarmac, gravel, and trail.
We will stop at the top of the two big climbs and for quick refreshments in Pinner, where you can either leave the ride or cycle back to Harrow with me.
Please ensure that if you are feeling under the weather or displaying symptoms of Coronovirus DO NOT ATTEND THE RIDE. Please bring the following: - Puncture repair kit, inc. inner tube, tyre levers, and pump Any medication - inhalers, epi pens etc... Cash/contactless Water/snacks Hand sanitiser/nitrile loves Check the weather and dress accordingly/bring a jacket Helmets are not compulsory, but are recommended
