Early Morning Wake Up Call

This is a challenging ride, and only suitable for experienced and confident riders.

Please make sure your bike is on good working condition i.e all your gears and brakes work as you will need them!

We leave Harrow Civic Centre and head through side streets to Kenton Rec, some busier roads as we head to Northwick Park where we will pick up the gravel trail the runs behind Northwick Park Hospital, and then over to Harrow School playing fields. There is an almighty climb up towards St Mary's Church.

We will then descend to Harrow Rec, over to Headstone Manor, before heading over to Pinner Farm and the last climb of the ride - Wakehams Hill on the gravel.

People are free to leave the ride at Pinner, but the ride will continue back to Harrow via side streets for those who would like to join me.

It's early, it's tough, it's hilly, and there's also downhills and a coffee/cake stop

It will be a mix of tarmac, gravel, and trail.

We will stop at the top of the two big climbs and for quick refreshments in Pinner, where you can either leave the ride or cycle back to Harrow with me.

Please ensure that if you are feeling under the weather or displaying symptoms of Coronovirus DO NOT ATTEND THE RIDE. Please bring the following: - Puncture repair kit, inc. inner tube, tyre levers, and pump Any medication - inhalers, epi pens etc... Cash/contactless Water/snacks Hand sanitiser/nitrile loves Check the weather and dress accordingly/bring a jacket Helmets are not compulsory, but are recommended
