#ThisGirlCan Dobwalls to Jamaica Inn Loop (age 18+)

Come and join us on this adventure into Cornwall, a Breeze ride for women from Dobwalls to the legendary Jamaica Inn pub with its hunted ghost. We will be cycling past some famous landmarks definitely going up some hills and of course what goes up must come down. You will not be disappointed with the stunning views of Colliford Lake so if you think you are up for a laugh and fun while cycling why not try this route and see for yourself how exhilarating it is.

For safety reasons all participants will be expected to wear a helmet. Participants must be 18 years or over with the ability to ride at a pace of 8-10mph (not up the hill of course) and be confident cycling on the road. Please bring suitable clothing according to the weather, on a sunny day it can get chilly as we cycle on open moors. if you have any room left bring with you a joke or two to spice thing up

The route is an 18 miles fully tarmac but angulating, we will aim to ride at a pace of 8-10mph. we will aim to ride the hills at a slower pace to allow everyone to catch up including myself (lol). There is one very steep hill which if you wish you can walk it up. This is not a traffic free route there will be moderate traffic on country lanes. If you are used to riding on Dartmoor you will enjoy this one.

We will stop for light refreshments at Jamaica Inn, this will not be a full on food stop so you are welcome to bring your own snack sandwich/cereal bar.

*spare inner tube
*pump and tools to remove a tyre
*A helmet
* appropriate clothing for the weather
*money for refreshment stop
* working lights (we may stay unexpectedly longer than we think)
* and a bag full of jokes (optional)
