A challenging route from the heart of South East London into rural Kent and back again! After a steady climb out of built-up London through to Bromley, the buildings give way to trees and fields and it's hard to believe you're only 40 minutes from London. Please note: the route stops just short of the North Downs but there are still some steep hills! Definitely a route for those who like a challenge!
Nobody is left behind and we wait at the top of all the hills. The average speed will be about 18 kph over the whole ride and with regular stops should take roughly 2hrs 40 mins to 3 hrs mins so please allow 3 hours 30/45 minutes allowing for a coffee and cake. Please remember to bring, spare tubes, a pump, tyre levers and something to drink and eat whilst out on the ride.
