Then we go along the canal up to Cwmbran, stop off in next for a cuppa & piece of cake ( or in my case Marmite on Toast ) mmm.
This Breeze ride is ideal for those wanting to gain confidence riding a bike in a traffic free environment socially with a group.
You must be able to ride a bike and have basic bike skills.There are a few hills, but nothing to worry about.
Children are welcome, but must be able to ride the distance. They must also be booked on to the ride ans accompanied by an adult.
