This is our ride home after watching stage 1 of the women's Tour of Britain

B roads and country lanes

Stopping for lunch at Aston Pottery. They require masks to be worn when ordering food and moving around.

. Please bring a face mask; you have to wear it on entering a café and in the event of first aid being required. For all our rides you should bring at least a spare inner tube and a pump. If your wheels are bolted on then a spanner that fits the nuts is also essential. Helmets are not compulsory but most definitely recommended. You should dress appropriately for the weather, and consider bringing your mobile phone along with cash or debit card for the coffee stop. Some café’s only take card payments.

This is probably not a ride for first timers but please keep checking regularly as most of our rides are ideal for those new to, or returning to, cycling
