This is a hilly route and there are some steep sections, main roads and quieter country lanes in the Vale

We will probably stop at the 'Sportsman Rest' country pub on the way back.

Helmets, Glasses, Gloves, Jacket, spares and inner tube. Fuel up before riding, bring some food and water.
