From the usual CSC social start point at the Norwegian Church we'll head over the bay and up to Sully Road, down via Cog Road to Sully, then through Barry Docks and on to Barry Island. After some quick sight seeing from Friars Point, we'll head back to Sully, down past the Captains Wife, back along the Penarth Railway Path and across the barrage to get back to our start point.
