CSC Eslwysilian Common MTB/Gravel Ride

Starting from - Tynant Inn Morganstown car park CF15 8LB, you can park on the Frordd Treforgan Road.

Attend at your own risk. We are riding as friends; normal social rules apply we’ll do are best to look after one another and we won’t leave anyone behind. CF15 8LB

Very challenging by CSC standards . This is a very hilly route with some steep sections. Approx 25 miles and 2500feet of climbing. We will doing a double loop of the Eslwysilian Common. No set route as we will exploring the common.

This will only suit fit riders that have completed our ‘CSC Rhiwbinna Hill/ Van Road/ Draethen’ ride with ease as this ride is a bit harder.
We will ride a medium pace; it will be about 80% road and 20% off road. You will need a gravel bike; mountain bike or a hybrid suitable for off roading with strong forks and tough tyres.

Some busy main roads, quiet country lanes and off road sections across Eslwysilian Common

Regular stops to regroup.

Helmets, Glasses, Gloves, Jacket, spares and inner tube. Fuel up before riding, bring some food and water.
