CSC Birthday Celebration ride to Cosmeston

Celebrating the 2nd birthday of Cardiff Social Cycling by re-running our very first ride, from the Summerhouse Cafe in Bute Park to Cosmeston, where we will stop off for a picnic / BBQ, some drinks and some laughs, before heading back to Bute Park later in the evening.

The route follows the Taff Trail down to Cardiff Bay, and incorporates half of the Bay Trail before heading up over the wiggles into Penarth, across town (with optional diversion down to Penarth Pier) to join the railway path down to Cosmeston. This is predominantly on shared use cycle paths, with some quiet roads. On the way back we complete the other half of the Bay Trail!
