Cruising to Cinnamon Brow!

COVID 19 UPDATE: In England, from June 1 the number of people from outside your household with whom you can meet to exercise outdoors has been increased. Groups of up to six people from different households are now permitted to exercise together, however they must still follow social distancing guidelines and keep at least two metres apart from those outside their household. Can all participants ensure they bring the following with them so that there is no need to share, such as food and drink, inner tubes, gloves and hand sanitiser. This is predominantly a road route which also has some good quality cycle paths. We will depart from Leigh Sports Village along the East Lancs Road heading towards Newton, we shall pass through Winwick and Birchwood where we will arrive at our lunch stop. We will have our lunch / refreshments at The Plough in Houghton Green, where we will have a chance for a chat. We'll then head back towards Leigh via Cinnamon Brow, Culcheth and Glazebury. Please bring a spare inner tube or puncture repair kit and dress to suit the weather conditions. Please bring money to buy drinks/snacks or provide your own. We always ride at a social pace to suit the whole group. We have lots of stops along the way and nobody gets left behind.
