Starting from Cotton Mill in St Albans heading along the Alban way this is an anticlockwise rotation please check out the map this route takes us along the Alban way all the way to Welwyn Garden City then onto route 57 which is the old railway line to Wheathampstead this is a track similar to the Ebury Wat stopping at Harpenden for refreshments the TK cafe
