Starting from - Longwood Drive just off the Coryton M4 roundabout. Pass Asda and continue down the road to the first bend and I will be parked as close to the bend as possible, CF14 7ZB

Ride will take us down the Taff Trail to the Bay trail over the Barrage. Then we will pick up the trail at the Cardiff City Link Road branching off through East Moors and Splott and joining the Rhymney Trail at the ponds then onto Llanrhymney Hall for Lunch
