This is a ride with a difference. We are booked into Time at Forge which Kate will be opening especially for us as part of her trial prior to an official post lockdown re-openning in May. Kate won't be charging us for the delicious cakes, coffee and tea buts, instead, that we make donations to her chosen project which is supporting a school in Kenya

We will be on B roads

We are booked in at the lovely vintage tea room, Time at The Forge, where Kate will be opening especially for us with tea coffee and freshly made cakes. Kate will not charge us but asks instead that we make donations to her chosen projecct which is supporting a school in Kenya see photo on our facebook apge

Please bring a face mask; you have to wear it on entering a café and in the event of first aid being required. For all our rides you should bring at least a spare inner tube and a pump. If your wheels are bolted on then a spanner that fits the nuts is also essential. Helmets are not compulsory but most definitely recommended. You should dress appropriately for the weather, and consider bringing your mobile phone along with cash to make a donation to Kate's project

We welcome newcomers to the group; however this ride, with a couple of hills along the way might not suit you if you are new to cycling. Experienced riders will have no issues
