A 43 mile route wilt two climbs, the longest at 4 &1/2 miles. Lots of descending practice top. An undulating return to base along the Teme Valley

A challenging advanced ride taking in Clifton bank and the 4 and half mile climb of Clee Hill coming back through the Teme Vally

Quiet roads mainly, Tenbury High St can be busy

Refuelling stop in Tenbury after the climb and a drink at the Cobb House at the end

Usual money for snacks, helmet, drinks, inner tubes and appropriate clothing
