This ride will be run with the British Cycling Guidelines for Covid, please only attend the ride if you have no symptoms and have not been in contact with a confirmed case, Social Distancing will be followed and no equipment will be shared please remember to have a mask with you for any break stops. Leaving The Enterprise Centre we head out on the cycle path to Dock Rd in Connahs Quay then we will join the roads to pass through Flint And Baggilt to Greenfield, there is a cycle path along part of the road, but all riders should be confident with cycling on the roads,

This ride is for ladies who live in Wales, we will be following social guidelines for Covid, please do not sign up to the ride if you are showing symptoms of Covid or if you have been in contact with a confirmed case, we will be cycling to the Greenfield Heritage Site and stopping at the cafe for refreshments.

We will be on busy roads and quiet side streets also a section along a traffic Free Cycle Path, the return journey will bring us past the historic Flint Castle and we will cycle along the estuary for a short distance.

We will be stopping at the Cafe at the Heritage Centre, it’s a lovely cafe that accepts card and cash, please make sure you have a face mask as it is a requirement.

Please bring a helmet, spare inner tube, face mask and sanitiser, also cash or card for refreshments.
