A ride from Nonsuch Park to Ewell Court Tea Rooms through and around the park and along the Hogsmill River. The route is designed for those who are new to cycling, returning to cycling or those who prefer slower off-road rides and chatty café stops. If you want to enjoy local scenery and get outside to see the autumn colours then this could be the ride for you.

The route will be mainly along cycle paths or quiet residential streets. Where necessary, we will dismount and make use of pedestrian crossings. There are some small hills and it is OK if you want to get off and push.

Our café stop will be Ewell Court Tea Rooms, a tiny independent garden centre and café – a hidden gem!

Please bring a helmet, water, spare inner tube, a small lock and money for the café stop. If it has been a while since you last rode your bike, make sure that it is in good working order and that the tyres are pumped up. Get it checked at a bike shop if you are in any doubt. The days are starting to get cooler now so wear layers, consider if you will need a waterproof coat and remember to bring gloves.

We never leave anyone behind; the plan is to enjoy being out on our bikes as a group and have cake along the way.
