About the route

Starting from Castlefield Banyan Tree at 18.00, along Manchester Ship Canal, past coop store opposite Salford Cathedral then along route 6, all off-road from Drinkwater park entrance, then Waterdale, Philip's Park, crossing the motorway to reach the fantastic Outwood trail disused railway to reach Radcliffe McDonald's. After a short pit-stop, back the same way.....all pretty much downhill :-)
