Cake at Cafe Velo

A ride across the Vale of Glamorgan on lovely country lanes, a total of 40 miles and around 2200ft of elevation so a great start to training for those sportives you've signed up for! Ideally travelling at an average of 12mph but as everyone will have a different pace on hills, we will regroup frequently, and no one will get left behind.

There is parking on Fairwater Road opposite the entrance to Insole Court if required.

Remember to bring a drink and snacks in case you need some extra energy along the way. We'll stop at Cafe Velo for some much deserved cake and coffee.

Please check your bike over in advance, making sure tyres are inflated and brakes are working, bring a spare inner tube if you have one, and always wear a helmet.
