Starting from Port Penrhyn we'll cycle up Lon Las Ogwen cycle path to Tregarth before riding through through the amazing Tynal Tywyll (which is part of the the cycle path). It’s cycle path and a single low-traffic road for this ride. We have the option of stopping on our route at the Blas Lôn Las Cafe for a drink or a bite to eat.

What to expect on the ride:
This ride will go at a leisurely pace and will take place in a relaxed, mostly traffic-free environment on risk assessed routes led by a qualified Breeze champion. We want these rides to offer an opportunity to practice cycling in a safe environment, to all have fun and gain confidence riding in a small group. No-one is ever left behind!

Whether this is your first Breeze ride or you are a regular rider you can still come along and join in. There are limited spaces on the rides, so make sure you book early and please let us know if you can’t attend so we can offer the space to someone else.

If you have any questions or want to discuss anything please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us via the conversation function below or on the Breeze Network Anglesey, Gwynedd & Conwy Facebook group.

What to bring:

• Your bike - Make sure your bike is in good working order with the tyres pumped up before arriving on the ride. All types of bikes welcome, including e-bikes. For this ride you DO need to be able to ride your bike.
• A helmet
• A drink for the ride and a snack if you’d like one and/or money/card for the cafe stop if you would like to buy something to eat or drink
• Clothes suitable for the weather, including something warm for the briefing at the beginning of the ride and any stops we make, the return route can be a little chilly as it is almost all down hill on the way back to Port Penrhyn.
