Meeting at the Flask End Cafe on Woodfall Lane, Low Bradfield, we will taylor-make your ride to your preference and ability.
The quiet roads around the Dam Flask offer some flat riding, just to spin your legs and have a bit of fun, and also a short hill to start your hill climbing practice. If you've enjoyed just one loop of the Dam then we can break finish there. Or if you've enjoyed one loop and fancy another loop, or even a third, then we can do that :-).
This is a ride that will suit beginners as well as people who want to practice hills with a view to building up towards hilly miles, and anyone who just wants to keep riding during the winter months in a safe setting and with a supportive group. We be riding for around an hour around the Dam, allow extra for a cuppa in the cafe if it is open by thr time we have finished.
As we are on. the road, and weather conditions may be mixed, please wear a cycle helmet and suitable weather-proof clothing, bring a drink, a pump, and an inner tube.

A beautiful ride tailored to everyone!

Quiet lanes around a scenic chocolate box village and dam

The village post office heart of the community offering excellent coffee and cakes amongst other services.

We especially welcome newbies!
