Starting from - Hardstoff Road Car Park. This is free to use. There are no facilities. S45 8BL
This is route wholly on wide, compact trails until we reach the Hardwick Inn, at the 15 mile point where we plan to stop for refreshments. The route takes in the 5 Pits, Silverhill, Link, Skegby, Teversal and the newly resurfaced Rowthorne Trail. We also plan to cycle up to the highest point in Nottinghamshire, where we will be greeted by the iconic miner statue and a stunning vista.
After the trails we cycle through Hardwick Park, to the Hardwick Inn. After our refreshments stop, we climb gradually back to our start point, via quiet roads. There are a few hills on this ride, hence the grade - but you will be supported to ride at your own pace.
