A new destination for us, with a fantastic view across to the City. A fairly short ride but to see a good view there will obviously be a hill to climb.

A fairly short route heading to viewpoint over London at Telegraph Hill. We will ride towards Peckham turning off to ride through Nunhead Cemetery from where we go up a short hill to Telegraph Hill Park. To see the great view we have to go up to the top of the park.

The route is through parks and along quiet roads. The path through Nunhead Cemetery is quite rough so skinny tyres are not appropriate.

We will stop to look at the view and then continue through the park to the Hill Station Cafe which is part of a community centre with great coffee and cakes.

Come appropriately dressed for the weather. Bring a drink, a spare inner tube for your bike, a pump and a bike lock. A helmet is always recommended.
