This is a straightforward ride through South Harrow and the northern parts of Ealing to Pitshanger Park and the lovely Cinnamon cafe on Pitshanger Lane. We return around Horsenden Hill and will follow the canal to the new local history mural at Greenford Quays. Then it's back through South and West Harrow to Pinner.

This is not a beginner ride as we do use some roads, and it is 18 miles, but roads should mainly be quiet on a Sunday morning. Please do not come if you have any symptoms of Covid-19 or if you have been in contact with anyone who has.
