Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

We will cycle from Bush Hill Park station along quiet roads to and along cycleways to Enfield Town Park. We will cross London Road on a zebra crossing. We will cycle through the park to the new cafe at Enfield Town Library. We will follow the same route home.

Easygoing ride from Bush Hill Park station to Myddleton House Gardens and back.

We will be riding on a mixture of quiet roads, through parks and along the A10 cycle path.

We will stop at Myddleton House Gardens for a drink in their cafe. If the weather is good we can sit at one of the tables outside.

Please bring a helmet, a bike lock and some money for the cafe
